Mayes Academy presents 

‘A night at the Musicals’ at Loughborough Town Hall. 

Saturday 9th May 2026

Show timings - dancers will be needed throughout the day for dress and technical runs and will stay at the theatre with chaperones from Mayes Academy.

The evening performance will start at 6pm and end time is 9pm. 

Performers will get plenty of breaks and lunch throughout the day. (Bring own lunch/snacks/drinks)

Performers registration is £10 per performer, all performers will receive a 10th Anniversary show medal and certificate.

All performers Must be registered separately (individually)

There will be a commitment to purchase show costumes, we try and keep the cost for these as low as possible.

Show tickets:
£23 adult
£18 (under 16)

Tickets will be on sale at the academy once registrations close, dates will be emailed out. Please note, we sell tickets ourselves to ensure all families get a ticket. 

Must register by Sunday 22nd February. 

Show will professionally recorded and photographed.

There will be an awards ceremony at the finale of the show. 

Dancers must attend all rehearsals in the run up to the show. There will be a show run on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th April, timings will be sent out about these for each individual group.
